About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and grow its bancassurance business through the Axis Bank channel in the Ambala region of Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with Axis Bank branch teams, driving sales targets, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies across the assigned cluster.
- Manage the Axis Bank bancassurance channel within the Ambala cluster
- Drive revenue and meet business targets through the partner bank network
- Build and maintain productive relationships with bank branch staff and leadership
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
