Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and grow its bancassurance partnership with Axis Bank across the Ambala cluster in Haryana.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading channel sales activities, building strong relationships with Axis Bank branch teams, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance product sales through the Axis Bank branch network in the Ambala cluster
- Manage and mentor a team of relationship and sales professionals aligned to the channel
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Axis Bank branch managers and staff
- Monitor cluster-level performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
