About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and manage its bancassurance distribution channel in partnership with Axis Bank, based out of Ambala, Haryana.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving insurance sales through the Axis Bank network within the designated cluster, building strong relationships with bank branch teams, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
- Manage and grow the Axis Bank bancassurance channel across the assigned cluster
- Drive sales performance and ensure target achievement across partner branches
- Build and maintain productive relationships with bank branch staff and leadership
- Monitor channel health, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies
This is a field-based leadership role suited to professionals with prior experience in bancassurance, channel sales, or financial services distribution who are looking to take on cluster-level responsibility.
