About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a Cluster Manager to manage and grow its bancassurance business in partnership with Axis Bank, based out of Ambala, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales performance and relationship management within the assigned cluster.
The role requires the candidate to work closely with Axis Bank branch teams to drive insurance product sales, ensure target achievement, and build strong, productive relationships with bank partners. The Cluster Manager will be expected to provide guidance, training, and support to the channel teams operating within the cluster.
- Manage and grow the Axis Bank bancassurance channel in the Ambala cluster
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance across assigned branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branch staff and leadership
- Provide training and product knowledge support to bank partners
