Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead its bancassurance business in partnership with Axis Bank, based out of Ambala, Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Axis Bank channel within the assigned cluster, coordinating with bank branch teams, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets through the bancassurance model.
This is a field-facing leadership role that requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to drive performance across multiple bank branches simultaneously.
