Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage its Axis Bank bancassurance channel in Ambala, Haryana. The incumbent will be responsible for driving insurance sales and deepening the relationship with Axis Bank branches within the assigned cluster.
The role requires strong channel management capabilities, with a focus on activating bank branches, enabling frontline staff, and consistently achieving business targets through the partner network.
- Manage and grow the Axis Bank bancassurance channel across the Ambala cluster
- Drive insurance product sales through Axis Bank branch staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
