About the role
The employer is seeking a results-driven Cluster Manager to lead and grow its Axis Bank alliance channel in the Ambala region of Haryana. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with Axis Bank branch teams, and ensuring seamless distribution of financial products across the assigned cluster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business volumes through the Axis Bank branch network within the cluster
- Training, motivating, and supporting bank partner staff to promote the employer's product portfolio
- Monitoring cluster-level performance metrics and implementing corrective strategies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines during the sales process
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve partner satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in bancassurance, financial services distribution, or channel sales, along with strong interpersonal and team-management skills. Prior experience working with bank partner channels is an advantage.
