About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and grow its bancassurance business in partnership with Axis Bank, based out of Ambala, Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Axis Bank branch network within the assigned cluster, building strong relationships with bank partners, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across the territory.
- Manage and drive insurance sales through the Axis Bank branch channel
- Build and maintain productive relationships with bank branch teams
- Monitor cluster-level performance and implement strategies to meet business goals
- Provide training and support to bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
