Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and grow its bancassurance partnership with Axis Bank in the Ambala cluster, Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across the assigned cluster, building strong relationships with Axis Bank branch staff, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets through the bank channel.
- Drive life insurance or financial product sales through Axis Bank branches within the cluster
- Engage, train, and motivate bank branch teams to generate leads and close business
- Monitor cluster-level performance metrics and implement strategies to meet targets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing
