The incumbent will be responsible for managing the partnership, driving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between the two organisations at the cluster level.
The role demands strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on activating and motivating bank branch teams to generate consistent business. The Cluster Manager will work closely with Axis Bank branch staff, providing training, support, and strategic direction to maximise productivity across the assigned geography.
- Manage and grow the Axis Bank bancassurance channel within the Ambala cluster
- Drive sales targets and revenue through the partner bank network
- Train and engage bank branch teams to improve product penetration
