A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage its Axis Bank channel operations in and around Ambala, Haryana. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business performance across the assigned cluster through the bank's branch network.
The role requires close coordination with Axis Bank branch teams to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with branch staff, and ensure consistent delivery of financial products to customers. The Cluster Manager will be expected to provide on-ground support, training, and motivation to the channel partners within the territory.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing and growing the bancassurance or financial product distribution business through Axis Bank branches in the cluster
