About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead bancassurance or financial products distribution through the Axis Bank partner channel in the Ambala region of Haryana. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with Axis Bank branch teams and ensuring consistent business performance across the assigned cluster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales of financial products through the Axis Bank branch network within the cluster
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Monitoring cluster-level targets and implementing strategies to achieve business goals
- Training and enabling bank partners to effectively position and sell products
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in bancassurance, financial services distribution, or channel sales, along with strong interpersonal and team management skills. Prior experience working with bank partner channels is an advantage.
