The Cluster Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth last-mile delivery operations, maintaining service quality standards, and driving performance metrics across the cluster. The role demands strong coordination with delivery associates, station teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer promise timelines.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple delivery stations or dark stores within the cluster
- Monitoring and improving key operational metrics such as on-time delivery, productivity, and quality
- Managing, mentoring, and developing frontline and supervisory team members
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with Amazon's safety, policy, and quality standards
