The Cluster Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the assigned cluster, ensuring service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met. The role requires close coordination with on-ground teams, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Amazon NOW locations within the cluster
- Drive performance metrics including speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
