The Cluster Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operational oversight within the assigned cluster, ensuring that service standards, delivery targets, and team performance benchmarks are consistently met.
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple Amazon NOW locations within the cluster
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators related to speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop on-ground teams to maintain high operational efficiency
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance overall cluster performance
