Cluster Manager – Amazon NOW

Amazon is looking for a Cluster Manager to join its Amazon NOW team in the Greater Lucknow Area. This position sits within Amazon's quick-commerce operations and carries responsibility for managing day-to-day activities across a defined cluster of delivery stations or dark stores.

The Cluster Manager will be expected to drive operational excellence, maintain service-level standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced logistics environment.
