Cluster Manager – Amazon NOW

Amazon is looking for a Cluster Manager to join its Amazon NOW team in the Greater Lucknow area. This position sits within Amazon's fast-growing quick-commerce vertical and carries responsibility for managing operations across a defined cluster of locations.

The Cluster Manager will be expected to oversee day-to-day operational execution, ensure service-level targets are consistently met, and lead on-ground teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role demands strong organizational and people-management skills in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
