Amazon is looking for a Cluster Manager to join its Amazon NOW team in the Greater Lucknow Area. Amazon NOW is the company's rapid-delivery service, and this position plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations across a defined cluster of locations.
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient fulfilment operations within the assigned cluster. This includes coordinating with on-ground teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across delivery and operational processes.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing end-to-end cluster operations for Amazon NOW
- Managing and mentoring frontline and supervisory staff
