The Cluster Manager will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of multiple locations or stations within an assigned cluster, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to operational standards, and timely delivery metrics.
- Manage and coordinate operations across a defined cluster of Amazon NOW stations
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where needed
- Lead, mentor, and develop on-ground operational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes
