Cluster Manager – Amazon NOW

Amazon is looking for a Cluster Manager to join its Amazon NOW quick-commerce vertical, based in the Greater Lucknow area. This is an operations leadership role focused on managing last-mile delivery performance across a defined cluster of locations.

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational health of their assigned cluster, ensuring delivery speed, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met. The role requires close coordination with delivery associates, station teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple delivery stations or dark stores within the cluster
• Drive performance metrics including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop frontline operations teams
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's operational standards and safety guidelines
