The employer is looking for an experienced Closing Manager to join their real estate team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is central to ensuring that property transactions are completed smoothly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the final stages of real estate deals, coordinating between buyers, sellers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to bring transactions to a successful close.
- Oversee and manage the complete property transaction closing process
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and legal or financial parties
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met before closing
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing stage
