Canada Non-IT Senior Recruiter

The employer is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a focus on Canada Non-IT hiring to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across non-technology functions for Canadian clients or business requirements.

This role demands a strong understanding of the Canadian recruitment landscape outside the IT sector, including industries such as healthcare, finance, engineering, manufacturing, or other non-technical domains. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and onboarding coordination.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles aligned to Canadian market requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates against defined job criteria
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely closures
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
