This role is for a Senior Recruiter specialising in non-IT hiring for Canada. The position is based in Hyderabad and focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across non-technology business functions for Canadian clients or operations.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment within non-IT domains such as finance, operations, sales, healthcare, or other professional services, with a working understanding of Canadian hiring practices and standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles aligned to Canadian requirements
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals
- Conducting interviews, assessments, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics
