Campus Recruitment Lead

The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to building and executing a robust campus recruitment strategy that connects the organisation with top emerging talent.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full campus recruitment lifecycle, including building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating placement drives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from outreach through to onboarding.

• Lead and coordinate campus recruitment activities across targeted colleges and universities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and academic institutions
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for campus candidates
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring outcomes
