Campus Recruitment Lead

The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to building and executing the organisation's campus hiring strategy across colleges and universities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campus recruitment, including planning hiring drives, coordinating with academic institutions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
