Campus Recruitment Lead

The employer is looking for a motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campus recruitment strategies and building strong relationships with academic institutions.

In this role, the individual will lead end-to-end campus hiring processes, coordinating with colleges and universities to identify and attract top student talent. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.

• Plan and execute campus recruitment campaigns across target institutions
• Build and maintain relationships with placement cells and academic coordinators
• Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through to onboarding
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
