The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end campus recruitment drives, coordinating with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Lead and coordinate campus recruitment activities across target institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells and faculty
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Track recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of campus programmes
