Campus Recruitment Lead

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including coordinating with colleges and universities, managing recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

• Lead and manage campus recruitment drives across academic institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and university stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align campus outreach accordingly
