Campus Recruitment Lead

• Lead and manage campus recruitment programmes across targeted educational institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells and academic partners
• Coordinate selection processes including assessments, interviews, and offer management
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring outcomes
