The employer is looking for a motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.
In this role, the individual will serve as the primary point of contact for campus hiring, building strong relationships with academic institutions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach through to onboarding.
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment drives and hiring events
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and faculty
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs with campus outreach strategies
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring outcomes
