Campus Recruitment Lead

The employer is seeking a motivated and experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This role is central to building and executing the organisation's campus hiring strategy across colleges and universities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campus recruitment, including planning recruitment drives, coordinating with academic institutions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach through to onboarding.

• Lead and manage campus recruitment drives and hiring events
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and academic partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Track recruitment metrics and report on campus hiring outcomes
