SMEC, a member of the SJ Group, is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join its team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects by producing accurate technical drawings and design documentation.
The CAD Operator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining CAD drawings in accordance with project specifications and company standards. This role requires a strong understanding of drafting principles and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Prepare and update technical drawings using CAD software
- Ensure all drawings meet required quality and accuracy standards
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes
- Maintain organised records of drawings and related documentation
