  • Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, industry norms, and quality guidelines, maintaining consistency across all project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance to support product design and development cycles.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date design files and project records within the company's document management system for easy retrieval and version control.

  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in CAD design or drafting; internship or academic project experience will be considered favorably.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawing standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and drafting conventions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating clear communication and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is an added advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards, along with performance-based increments and annual bonuses.
  • Access to professional development programs, technical training, and certifications to support your long-term career growth in design and engineering.

  • Flexible working arrangements and paid time off, including public holidays, casual leave, and earned leave as per company policy.
