In this entry-level position, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop precise technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models that support product development and manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate design professional to build a strong foundation in computer-aided design while contributing to meaningful projects across various industries. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality design outputs within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project leads to understand design intent and translate concepts into accurate technical documentation.
- Review and revise existing drawings to incorporate design changes, ensuring all updates are properly documented and version-controlled.
- Maintain organized digital drawing libraries and file management systems to ensure easy retrieval and consistency across all project deliverables.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), assembly drawings, and part specifications to support manufacturing and procurement teams.
- Perform basic design checks and quality reviews to verify dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and compliance with applicable industry standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather design inputs, resolve drawing conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Participate in design review meetings, incorporate feedback from senior team members, and continuously improve drawing quality and technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in one or more CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit, or equivalent software; formal certification is an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in a CAD design or drafting role; strong internship or academic project experience will be considered.
- Solid understanding of engineering drawing standards, GD&T principles, and technical documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced professional setting.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package aligned with industry standards, along with performance-based increments and annual appraisal cycles.
- Access to professional development programs, CAD software training, and certification sponsorship to support continuous skill enhancement.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Flexible working arrangements including hybrid work options and paid time off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for all team members.
- A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation, encourages creative problem-solving, and recognizes individual contributions across all levels of the organization.
