The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised butler services to guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
In this role, the Butler Executive will act as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include coordinating with various hotel departments to deliver seamless in-room and suite services, handling guest preferences, and maintaining detailed guest profiles to personalise future interactions.
- Deliver personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office teams
- Maintain and update guest preference records
- Ensure all guest requests and complaints are addressed efficiently and courteously
