About the role
This role is based within the Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings property at Ramoji Film City, one of India's most iconic entertainment and hospitality destinations located in Abdullapurmet, Telangana. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for villa and glamping guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.
The Butler will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Duties span the full spectrum of personalised hospitality, including coordinating in-villa dining, managing guest requests, liaising with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive, personalised butler service to guests throughout their stay
- Coordinating with internal departments to fulfil guest requirements promptly
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of villa amenities, glamping offerings, and on-site facilities
- Upholding luxury hospitality standards in all guest interactions
