This role is based at Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings, an upscale hospitality property operating under the Events at Ramoji Film City umbrella in Abdullapurmet, Telangana. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for villa and glamping guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets luxury standards.
The Butler will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless, personalised service throughout each guest's visit.
- Provide attentive, discreet, and professional butler service to guests in luxury villa and glamping accommodations
- Coordinate room set-ups, in-villa dining, and special requests in a timely manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of property facilities, local attractions, and event schedules to assist guests effectively
- Uphold the presentation and cleanliness standards of assigned villa units
- Communicate guest preferences and feedback to relevant departments to ensure continuous service improvement
