Butler – Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings

This role is based at Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings, an upscale hospitality property operating under the Events at Ramoji Film City umbrella in Abdullapurmet, Telangana. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for villa and glamping guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets luxury service standards.

The Butler will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs in a proactive and discreet manner. Duties span the full guest journey — from arrival and room orientation through to departure — and include coordinating housekeeping, in-villa dining, concierge requests, and any special arrangements guests may require.

• Deliver attentive, personalised butler service to guests staying in luxury villas and glamping accommodations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest requests promptly
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property facilities, local attractions, and in-house services
• Uphold confidentiality and a professional demeanour at all times
• Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate concerns when necessary
