About the role
This role is based at Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings, an upscale hospitality property operating under the Events umbrella at Ramoji Film City in Abdullapurmet, Telangana. The successful candidate will serve as a dedicated point of contact for villa and glamping guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets luxury standards.
The Butler will be responsible for providing attentive, anticipatory service to guests throughout their visit. This includes managing in-villa requests, coordinating with supporting departments, and maintaining the highest levels of presentation and professionalism at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalised butler services to guests staying in luxury villas and glamping accommodations
- Coordinating guest requirements with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other relevant teams
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of property facilities, offerings, and local area information
- Upholding grooming, conduct, and service standards consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
