About the role
This role is based within the Celestia Luxury Villas & Glampings segment of Ramoji Film City's events and hospitality division in Abdullapurmet, Telangana. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for villa and glamping guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets the expectations of a luxury experience.
Core responsibilities centre on anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with discretion and professionalism. The Butler will coordinate housekeeping, in-villa dining, concierge requests, and any bespoke arrangements required by guests throughout their stay.
- Delivering attentive, personalised service to guests residing in luxury villas and glamping units
- Coordinating with internal departments — including F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance — to resolve guest requirements promptly
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all property facilities, services, and local attractions
- Upholding the highest standards of presentation, conduct, and confidentiality at all times
