The Butler will act as a primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs and coordinating with various hotel departments to fulfil requests promptly and efficiently. A professional demeanour, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are essential for this role.

• Provide personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns with discretion and efficiency
