The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless stays, and maintaining a professional and discreet presence throughout all guest interactions.

• Deliver personalised butler services to hotel guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest requirements
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Uphold Grand Hyatt's standards of luxury hospitality at all times
