As a Butler, the individual will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests promptly and professionally. The role requires a polished demeanour, strong communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.

• Deliver personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfil guest requirements
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Uphold the brand's luxury service standards at all times
