Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for a dedicated Butler to join its hospitality team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised service to guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable from arrival to departure.
The Butler will act as a primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs, fulfilling requests promptly, and coordinating with other hotel departments to deliver a consistently exceptional experience.
- Provide personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to fulfil guest requirements
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
