Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for a dedicated Butler to join its guest services team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised service to guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
The Butler will act as a primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs and coordinating seamlessly with other hotel departments to fulfil requests promptly and professionally.
- Deliver personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge teams
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and feedback with discretion and efficiency
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a polished and professional demeanour, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. Prior experience in a similar butler or guest relations role within an upscale hotel environment is an advantage.
