Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for a dedicated Butler to join its hospitality team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel's standards of excellence.
The Butler will act as a primary point of contact for assigned guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests promptly and discreetly. This includes coordinating with various hotel departments to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
- Provide personalised butler services to guests in assigned rooms and suites
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
