Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for a dedicated Butler to join its guest services team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing highly personalised, anticipatory service to guests throughout their stay.

In this role, the Butler will act as a primary point of contact for assigned guests, attending to their individual needs, preferences, and requests with professionalism and discretion. The position demands a warm, proactive approach and a commitment to upholding the high standards associated with the Grand Hyatt brand.

• Deliver attentive, personalised butler service to guests
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
