The Butler will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs, fulfilling requests promptly, and coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain the highest standards of luxury service.
- Deliver personalised butler services to assigned guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge teams to meet guest requirements
