Butler

Grand Hyatt Goa is seeking a dedicated Butler to join its hospitality team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised service to guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

As a Butler, the individual will act as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner. This includes coordinating with various hotel departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, a polished demeanour, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment will be an advantage.

• Deliver personalised butler services to guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments as required
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
