Grand Hyatt Goa is looking for an experienced and dedicated Butler to join its hospitality team at the Bambolim property. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing attentive, personalised service to guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
As a Butler, the candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling requests promptly and professionally. This includes coordinating with various hotel departments to deliver seamless in-room and suite-level services throughout each guest's visit.
- Deliver personalised butler services to guests in line with Grand Hyatt's service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and presentation at all times
