About the role

The employer is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – SME & Institutional to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a field-facing sales role responsible for expanding the organisation's presence among small and medium enterprises as well as institutional clients.

The selected candidate will be expected to identify and acquire new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and meet defined sales targets within the assigned territory. The role demands a strong understanding of financial products and the ability to engage confidently with business owners and institutional decision-makers.

  • Drive new client acquisition across SME and institutional segments
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients
